10434 (2026). Tangi Utikere to the Prime Minister: Why does Hon Chris Bishop’s actual or potential conflict of interest regarding Riverlink not appear on the proactive release of information about management of ministerial conflicts of interests 2023-2024?

Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: The proactive release of information about the management of ministerial conflicts of interests is not a full record of Ministers’ declared interests and should not be confused with the entire list. The Cabinet Office does not publish a full list of Ministers’ interests. The proactive releases cover conflicts of interest that are managed by a transfer of responsibility and/or standing arrangements not to receive papers. Other interests disclosed by Ministers to the Cabinet Office, including those that don’t require a management plan, are not included in that proactive release.
