10430 (2026). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Economic Growth: How much, if any, has the Ministry for Business, Innovation and Employment spent on legal costs related to the Public Service Association's legal action on flexible working?

Hon Nicola Willis: I am advised by the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE), that as of 28 February 2026, the total costs related to the Public Service Association's legal action on MBIE’s flexible working are $77,754.50.
