10416 (2026). Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: What total amount has been paid to Cubic under the NTS contract to date, and how much of the remaining contract value is contingent on successful delivery milestones?

Hon Chris Bishop: In total, $80.1 million has been paid to Cubic for Programme Delivery, and $11.8 million on Operational Charges. The outstanding value of the project phase is contingent upon the achievement of defined delivery milestones.
