10401 (2024). Hon Peeni Henare to the Minister of Health: As at 7 May, 2024, what numbers, if any, has the Minister of Health seen regarding Māori vaping statistics?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: The responsibility for vaping policy sits within the portfolio of the Associate Minister of Health, Hon Casey Costello. Accordingly, I do not receive regular updates on vaping statistics. However, I do expect to be updated on any significant changes by the Associate Minister of Health, with whom I meet regularly.
