10390 (2024). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Local Government: What will be the debt cap for Watercare be under this new model?

Hon Simeon Brown: Watercare will be subject to a Crown Monitor and, in time, full economic regulation. This will ensure Watercare can borrow to levels similar to other regulated utilities.
