10370 (2025). Rt Hon Chris Hipkins to the Minister responsible for Ministerial Services: Further to his answer to written question 6356 (2025), was former Minister Andrew Bayly incorrect when he stated on Monday 24 February “there has been a complaint made”?

Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: As advised in my answer to 6356 (2025) no formal complaints have been raised by staff in former Minister Bayly’s office. A formal complaint as defined by Ministerial Services is a complaint, in writing received from someone working in the Minister’s Office or their Home Agency.
