10366 (2025). Rt Hon Chris Hipkins to the Minister responsible for Ministerial Services: Further to his answer to written question 6356 (2025): Given that Hon Andrew Bayly stated on Monday 24 February that "there has been a complaint made", is there a difference between a “complaint” as referred to by the former Minister and a “formal complaint” as noted in the Minister's previous answer, and if so, what is the difference?
Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: A formal complaint as defined by Ministerial Services is a complaint, in writing received from someone working in the Minister’s Office or their Home Agency.
