Camilla Belich to the Minister for Women: What new artificial intelligence or machine learning systems, tools, or platforms, if any, have been commissioned, contracted, or deployed by any department or entity for which the Minister is responsible since 27 November 2023, listed by system name, supplier, purpose, contract value, and date of commissioning?

Hon Nicola Grigg: I am advised, that in December 2025 the Ministry for Women commissioned (delivered in March 2026) an internal use only AI querying tool within the BoardConnector registration application. The tool allows Ministry staff to query uploaded CVs to help identify candidates who have the required skills and experience for available board roles. Magnetism Solutions supplied the AI querying tool as part of a wider project to upgrade our nominations process and underlying systems, the AI component cost approximately $25,000.
