Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Local Government: What evidence, if any, does the Minister have to show that international credit ratings agency S&P Global Ratings has determined the Local Water Done Well model will mean Watercare’s borrowing is considered separate from Auckland Council for credit rating purposes?

Hon Simeon Brown: Auckland Council engaged international credit ratings agency S&P Global Ratings to test the preferred model. I received a copy of S&P Global Ratings evaluation provided to the council.
