Francisco Hernandez to the Associate Minister of Education: What instructions, directions or advice, if any, broken down by date and title, has the Minister or their office sent to their department, if any, to rollback, rescind or repeal any Diversity, Equity and Inclusion policies and practices prior to 07 March 2025?

Hon David Seymour: My office requests a large amount of advice every week. Asking them to collate that material would require substantial collation and research and prevent them from undertaking their substantive roles. I do not consider this to be in the public interest.
