10296 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Associate Minister of Education: What advice, reports or information, if any, broken down by date and title, has the Minister or their office requested regarding Diversity, Equity and Inclusion policies and practices prior to 07 March 2025?

Hon David Seymour: Titles of all advice that I have received has been, or will be, proactively released on the Ministry of Education website: https://www.education.govt.nz/our-work/information-releases/ My office receives a large amount of material every week. Asking them to collate that material would require substantial collation and research and prevent them from undertaking their substantive roles. I do not consider this to be in the public interest.
