Hon Erica Stanford: I have not received or requested any written advice regarding Diversity, Equity and Inclusion policies and practices prior to 07 March 2025 from the Ministry of Education, the Education Review Office and Education New Zealand. I have received the following information regarding Diversity, Equity and Inclusion policies and practices prior to 7 March 2025 from the New Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA): • 27 November 2023 - Briefing to Incoming Minister • 27 June 2024 - NZQA Statement of Performance Expectations 2024/2025 • 2 October 2024 - NZQA Annual Report 2023/2024 This is also my response to written parliamentary question 10290 and 10291 (2025).
