Francisco Hernandez to the Prime Minister: Will the Prime Minister be seeking advice on whether Winston Peters breached 3.9 and 3.15 of the cabinet manual by saying 'there will not be an appointment' to the role of "Tikanga Lead" in his department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, and if not, why not?
