10214 (2024). Debbie Ngarewa-Packer to the Minister responsible for RMA Reform: Which organisations, if any, have to date submitted an application to be added to Schedule 2 of the Fast-track Approvals Bill?

Hon Chris Bishop: Applications for projects to be included in Schedule 2 of the Fast-track Approvals Bill have now closed. Applications were made via the applications portal on the MfE website and are now under consideration by the Fast-track Projects Independent Advisory Group. Ministers will receive recommendations from the Advisory Group in due course.
