Hon Scott Simpson: ACC advises me it has administered employee engagement surveys internally, using the Gallup survey portal, since 2008. A survey on ACC's engagement measure is typically conducted annually, using Gallup's question scoring tool to provide a GrandMean score out of 5. In November 2024, the Employee Engagement Survey had a GrandMean score of 4.14. In October 2025, the Employee Engagement Survey had a GrandMean score of 4.01. This survey included ACC's first Culture Baseline Questions in response to the Culture Review earlier in 2025.
