Camilla Belich to the Minister for Sport and Recreation: What staff engagement, morale, or culture surveys, if any, have been conducted by any department or entity for which the Minister is responsible since 27 November 2023, listed by department or entity, date conducted, the organisation that administered the survey if external, and the overall engagement or satisfaction score reported?

Hon Mark Mitchell: I am advised that since 27 November 2023, externally administered staff engagement surveys have been conducted at Sport New Zealand and High Performance Sport New Zealand. For Sport New Zealand, overall engagement scores were 76% in June 2024, and 76% in June 2025. For High Performance Sport New Zealand, overall engagement scores were, 76% in June 2024, and 73% in June 2025.
