Hon Chris Bishop: The market readiness of each project in the National Infrastructure Pipeline is provided, by each contributing infrastructure organisation, through the information they submit to the Pipeline. Information in the Pipeline, including market readiness, is provided by central government, local government and private sector organisations involved in providing infrastructure services and reflects the current state of their infrastructure planning and investment intentions. The Pipeline provides a central view of infrastructure project activity that is in planning and delivery across New Zealand. Insights from the Pipeline provide the industry with information to help coordinate, prioritise, schedule, and plan their projects and investments.
