10164 (2024). Hon Ginny Andersen to the Minister of Police: What is the lowest number of recruits that can be on a wing?

Hon Mark Mitchell: I am advised that Police recruit wings are split into sections containing up to 20 recruits each. It is theoretically possible to have a recruitment wing with only one section, although this hasn’t happened in recent times. As sections sometimes are slightly underfilled it is in principle possible to have a wing of just under 20 recruits.
