10157 (2025). Dr Lawrence Xu-Nan to the Associate Minister of Education: When, if at all, was the Associate Minister first made aware that Libelle Group was going into liquidation?

Hon David Seymour: I was verbally briefed by Ministry of Education Officials on the possibility of Libelle going into liquidation on Thursday 6 March 2025. I was kept abreast of developments until the liquidator was appointed on Tuesday 11 March 2025, as I was focussed on continuity of supply.
