10150 (2024). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Local Government: When will the Government bring the legislation, if any, for Watercare’s new model to Parliament?

Hon Simeon Brown: Provisions that enable the new, financially sustainable model for Watercare will be included in the Local Government (Water Services Preliminary Arrangements) Bill, which will be introduced later this month.
