Hon Simon Watts: EA: Since 27 November 2023, the Electricity Authority have undertaken 2 'Kōrero Mai' full, feedback surveys and two pulse/follow‑up surveys. All surveys were administered internally only. The Authority does not collect or report a single overall “engagement” or “satisfaction” score as part of these surveys. EECA: A Staff Insights survey was conducted February-March 2025. The company that administered the survey was PeopleEX. - 93% of respondents felt proud to work for EECA - 90% of respondents understood how their role contributes to EECA’s mission and goals
