10136 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for the Public Service: What actions, if any, has the Minister made towards Commitment 8 of New Zealand's Fourth National Action Plan, as part of the Open Government Partnership?

Hon Judith Collins: New Zealand’s Fourth National Action Plan was agreed by Cabinet in December 2022.  The Plan started in December 2022 and ended in December 2024. Progress on the action plans 8 commitments has been published on the Open Government Partnership website at the following link: https://ogp.org.nz/latest-news/december-2024-ogp-progress-report The last update was published on 17 December 2024.  The Public Service Commission is currently completing a self-assessment of the action plan as part of the Open Government Process. This will be published once finalised. This is also my response to WPQ 10137, 10138, 10139, 10140, 10141, 10142, 10143, 10144 (2025).
