Camilla Belich to the Minister for Trade and Investment: What staff engagement, morale, or culture surveys, if any, have been conducted by any department or entity for which the Minister is responsible since 27 November 2023, listed by department or entity, date conducted, the organisation that administered the survey if external, and the overall engagement or satisfaction score reported?

Hon Todd McClay: I am advised New Zealand Trade and Enterprise runs an annual employee engagement survey using the Culture Amp survey platform. There have been two surveys, as follows: For June 2024, the engagement score was 66% For June 2025, the engagement score was 74% For Invest NZ, I am advised none.
