Hon Shane Jones: Staff in my office meet regularly, formally and informally, with officials, other offices and various stakeholders. A range of issues are discussed. To provide a list of all meetings for all office staff, including attendees, subjects and purposes would impede the operation of my office which is not in the public interest.
