Rt Hon Chris Hipkins to the Prime Minister: Further to his answer to written question 6383 (2025), is he required to inform the Leader of the ACT Party of a resignation of a Minister prior to its announcement under paragraph 23 of the National Party / ACT Party Coalition Agreement, if not, why not?
