Hon Nicola Willis: I am advised the Social Investment Agency conducts regular internal staff pulse surveys to monitor staff sentiment and engagement, morale and organisational culture. These surveys are administered internally and provide qualitative and trend-based insights, it does not produce a single overall engagement or satisfaction score.
