Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised by the Ministry for Pacific Peoples (the Ministry), that since 27 November 2023, they moved into a Pulse Survey approach in 2024/2025 which was completed from 8 to 11 November 2024. There was no overall engagement or satisfaction score reported; however, the Ministry asked staff to provide feedback on their team/organisational culture, levels of psychological safety, organisation values, leadership, performance development, workplace stressors, and feedback their processes and policies.
