Benjamin Doyle to the Minister of Foreign Affairs: Has the Minister or their Office been made aware of or received any communications regarding any New Zealand citizen who have required the support of a New Zealand embassy in the United States of America in the last 3 months regarding their identification or visa documents including any specific regard to their gender marker, if so, what are the details of such communications?

Rt Hon Winston Peters: The Office of the Minister of Foreign Affairs has not received any such communications within the last three months. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade has not been approached for consular assistance by any New Zealander in this situation during this period.
