10017 (2025). Tangi Utikere to the Minister for Rail: Has the Treasury received any quotes for procurement of new Cook Strait ferries?

Rt Hon Winston Peters: As announced on 4 February 2025, the Government engaged with commercial shipyards worldwide to seek expressions of interest in participating in a Request for Proposal. We received multiple expressions of interest.
