Camilla Belich to the Minister of Education: What contracts, if any, have been entered into by any department or entity for which the Minister is responsible with any of the following firms since 27 November 2023: McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, Deloitte, PwC, KPMG, EY, Accenture, or any subsidiary or affiliate of those firms — listed by department or entity, supplier, contract value, contract start date, and the purpose of the engagement?

Hon Erica Stanford: The information sought by the Member is not collated by the Ministry of Education in a way that is readily reportable in the timeframe available to respond to written parliamentary questions. I am advised that the New Zealand Qualification Authority (NZQA) has not directly contracted with any of the firms listed by the Member. The firms NZQA have worked with are under the All of Government contracts. Contracts entered into by Education New Zealand and the Education Review Office with the mentioned firms are specified in the attached tables.
