Hon Erica Stanford: Ministers calendars are flexible and often require changing due to a large number of factors. My office does not collate which meeting are cancelled, delayed or rescheduled, or the reasons for cancellations, delays, or rescheduling. Requiring this information to be researched and compiled would divert the relevant staff member from their day-to-day role which would not be in the public interest.
