9954 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister responsible for the GCSB: How much, if anything, did the Minister's departments, if any, budget for Starlink goods or services in the 2025 calendar year, and how much, if anything, has been spent so far this year?

Hon Judith Collins: It is not in the public interest for me to confirm whether the agency has or has not made any purchases from Starlink, and how much any such purchase may have been for if so.
