Rt Hon Winston Peters: I am advised that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade spent NZ$9,278.59 (GST Excluded) in the 2025 calendar year from the budget of NZ$53,414 (GST Excluded) for purchasing goods or services from Starlink.
