Camilla Belich to the Minister of Climate Change: What staff engagement, morale, or culture surveys, if any, have been conducted by any department or entity for which the Minister is responsible since 27 November 2023, listed by department or entity, date conducted, the organisation that administered the survey if external, and the overall engagement or satisfaction score reported?

Hon Simon Watts: Corrected reply: I refer the Member to the Minister for the Environment's response to written parliamentary question 9968 (2026). I am advised that the Climate Change Commission conducts an annual staff engagement survey, administered internally, using the Ask Your Team tool. The 2024 survey was conducted in May/June 2024, and the overall engagement score was 70%. The 2025 survey was conducted September/October 2025, and the overall engagement score was 74.8%.
