9933 (2024). Ricardo Menéndez March to the Minister of Immigration: How many, if any, direct investments have been made under the Active Investor Plus visa in the mining and resources sector, and what is the total value of these investments?

Hon Erica Stanford: I am advised that since the Active Investor Plus category opened on 19 September 2022, none of the applicants who were approved, invested their funds in a direct investment in the mining and resources sector.
