Hon Casey Costello: I am advised that during the 2025/26 financial year, Customs is undertaking customer experience research to better understand traveller behaviour in relation to the New Zealand Traveller Declaration. This research includes a survey of 1,000 New Zealanders who have recently travelled overseas. I am also advised that, for reasons of commercial sensitivity, Customs is unable to provide individual contract values.
