Hon Simon Watts: Corrected reply: I refer the Member to the Minister for the Environment's response to written parliamentary question 9949 (2026). I refer the Member to the Minister of Foreign Affairs response to written parliamentary question 9961 (2026). I am advised that any communications related contracts entered into by the Climate Change Commission in 2023/24 are available in Appendix 2 of the Commission’s responses to the 2023/24 Annual Review questions. In 2024/25, the Commission entered into one communications related contract. This contract was for a media training workshop, valued at $9,900 and ran from 10 to 11 June 2025. The name of the individual contracted is not provided in order to protect their privacy. As at 25 March 2026, the Commission has entered into one communications related contract in 2025/26. The contract was for media training, valued at $3,000 and ran from 1 December to 17 December 2025. The supplier was Austen Advisory. I refer the member to WPQ 9910 for information on the amount spent by the Commission on contractors and consultants employed for communications since 27 November 2023.
