Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: What progress, if any, has been made in the last quarter (October – December 2023) to ‘Develop exemplars of good data sharing practices’ under ‘Horizon One’ of the Data and Information Strategy for Health and Disability: Roadmap 2021-2024?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised during the October - December 2023 quarter, one exemplar of data sharing practice that was developed was Health New Zealand's updated Information Release Policy for national collections data, which documents the framework used for the sharing of this data.
