Hon Karen Chhour: Corrected reply: I am advised Oranga Tamariki has entered into one communications contract since 27 November 2023. This was with Campbell Squared Communications in December 2023 to provide change-related leadership and communications advice during the organisational restructure when the in-house communications team was an affected party. The spend related to this contract is outlined in the table included in my answer to WPQ 9905 (2026).
