9902 (2025). Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Minister of Justice: Further to WPQ 5817 (2025) how much were each of the payments made by the Electoral Commission to employees or former employees in respect of employment matters?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: I am advised that the total amount paid to the 8 employees was $360,672. Given the terms of settlement and obligations under section 149 of the Employment Relations Act 2000, I am unable to provide the amount of each payment.
