9896 (2025). Hon Rachel Brooking to the Minister for Land Information: What, if any, environmental assessments will be required for projects expedited under the amended Public Works Act?

Hon Chris Penk: The Public Works Act does not require environmental assessments, and this will not change for projects under the accelerated process.
