Hon Nicola Grigg: Meetings are often declined for a variety of reasons, including scheduling, travel, conflicting events, or other pressing matters. Those requests that have been declined can often be reconsidered when the diary permits. As many of them remain under active consideration, declined meeting requests have been withheld. Meetings that have yet to have a decision or have been accepted but not taken place yet have also been withheld.
