9894 (2025). Hon Rachel Brooking to the Minister for Land Information: How, if at all, would the proposed amendments to the Public Works Act interact with existing environmental consent processes under the Resource Management Act?
Hon Chris Penk: The proposed amendments to the Public Works Act for the accelerated process do not change the environmental consent processes under the Resource Management Act.
