9868 (2024). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: Is all work and mechanisms under the Health Practitioners’ Competence Assurance Act are still being progressed under the new government?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: I have asked the Ministry of Health for advice on health workforce regulatory settings, this includes the work the Ministry is currently undertaking with regard to the Health Practitioners Competency Assurance Act 2003.
