Hon Chris Bishop: In regard to the Ministry of Transport (MoT), I refer the Member to the responses provided to Question 40 and Question 41 of the Ministry of Transport Annual Review 2023/24 and the response provided to Question 5 of the Ministry of Transport Annual Review 2024/25. For the period 1 July 2025 – present, there has been no independent reviews, evaluations, or inquiries, commissioned. For the independent reviews, evaluations, or inquiries undertaken by NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi, please refer to the attached document.
