Hon Mark Mitchell: I am advised the Sport New Zealand Group currently engages eight expert High-Performance roles (primarily medical related) under contract arrangements over $200 per hour. Hourly rates range from $211.39 to $312.12 per hour, with contracts commencing between September 2024 and January 2026 – these roles are all contracted on fractional FTE, approximately between 1 and 3 days per week. A further breakdown has not been provided to protect privacy due to small numbers.
