9834 (2024). Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: What correspondence, including letters, emails, text messages, whatsapp, signal, or any other form of electronic communication, if any, has the Minister or any member of their Office received during the week of Monday 29 April, from Chief Executive of Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency or their Office by subject and date?

Hon Simeon Brown: During the week of 29 April, I and the CEO of NZTA exchanged text messages on 3/4/24. Staff in my office interact with officials on a daily basis. I do not consider it to be within the public interest for my office to justify the resource required to provide a list of all material that the Member asks for.
