The authority incurred $122,230 of restructuring costs, which includes the total redundancy costs above plus the costs of some external advice on a restructure of the Senior Leadership Team in 2024 . EECA: In February-March 2024, EECA undertook an organisational change process. 18 roles held by staff were disestablished, and the redundancy costs totalled $266,900. In April-May 2025, EECA undertook an organisational change process. 16 roles held by staff were disestablished, and the redundancy costs totalled $113,115.
