9804 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for the Public Service: What surveys of service quality, if any, have been conducted in the Minister's departments, if any, since 27 November 2023, listed by title and date?

Hon Judith Collins: I am advised that since 27 November 2023, the Public Service Commission has conducted 28 surveys of service quality. 25 surveys were for quality assurance and continuous improvement following the conclusion of each of the Leadership Development Centre (LDC) leadership programmes for Public Servants. The leadership programmes can be found on the LDC’s website at the following link: https://www.ldc.govt.nz/. Two were Kiwis Count Surveys on 18 November 2024 and 3 March 2025 and one was the Ministerial satisfaction survey in 2024, the results of which are publicly available in the Commission’s annual report for the year ended 30 June 2024.
