9795 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Vocational Education: What surveys of service quality, if any, have been conducted in the Minister's departments, if any, since 27 November 2023, listed by title and date?

Hon Penny Simmonds: The Tertiary Education Commission has conducted the following service quality surveys since 27 November 2023: Careers.govt.nz survey The TEC conducted an online survey to measure the usefulness of careers.govt.nz and was run between May 2024 and June 2024. Partner and Provider survey The TEC’s annual Partner and Provider survey was run between March and May 2024. The Partner and Provider survey canvasses perceptions of the TEC’s performance across many activities. Key results from both surveys were used to inform the TEC’s Annual Report.
